I did a preliminary piece of a futuristic pig-girl name Ora. Tis is not the final design, I just liked how the sketch turned out. I think I used textures better this time (than i did on the tarzan pic)

We had to create Tarzan's fraternal twin brother, who was unexpectedly shipped to South America to live with sloths. I am tired, so i copped out and used textures XD.

I decided since SlothZan has nothing to do all day, he likes to look at himself and make sure he is impeccably groomed. He has something of a narcissus complex XD

Really long time, no post! I was in nostalgia mode the last couple of days and i have been watchin really bad youtube videos of rainbow brite. I still get all happy inside when i see their happy bright colours XD

I went to disneyland for a vacation last week, i spent christmas and new years there. I'll post more about my trip once i get some pictures from my family (i had a disposable camera, but i enjoy ENJOYING, not taking pictures of the moment... you know?)

I'm also going to work on putting some links to blogs up here, and making this blog a little more personalized. I'm not entirely sure what the theme will be, but i'm thinking probably fish. Goldfish, sexy sirens etc.

Oh, and here's a WIP of another Ebony Black picture. I'm finally beginning to write the first book! WOO!




I'll post the final when i'm done; there were a total of two layers used for this, one for the sketch and one for the base colour. I merged them together for the painting process, which i am on right now.

I want to do a daily sketchblog, but that's going to have to wait, since i left my USB cord at my parents house, as i only have one, and i also use it in my portable harddrive.

In other news, my dad is the KING of ebay, and bought me two disney books for $33 dollars.

The kicker? One was Illusions of Life.

...Does anyone else find Snow White endlesly funny? Most of you have heard my Snow White speal, so i won't type it up here.

Mostly, she's DUMB. Like. WHOA. Disney tried to make her less vapid and infuriatingly simple, but all he managed to do was make her so sweet i want to have all my teeth drilled. EW.

The original story is far worse and makes no sense, so that's why there are about a billion Ebony Black pictures on this blog. Because i have a love/hate relationship with Snow.

The meaning behind this pic? 7 little men let her stay at their home for an undisclosed amount of time, and then they watch her non-decomposing body (VAMPIRE!!!) for like, 10 YEARS. That must be some DAMN good pie to garner that much love.

And it was made in the 30's. So Snow's gone burlesque.

I'm going to Disneyland in 4 days!!! I'm going to track er down. Not stalker like. But close to.

Edit: here's tonight's preview image. I'm pretty happy with the shading, i've been having trouble with it lately, so it is nice to have something actually turn out the way i want it to once in awhile XD.

Edite 2: Colouring of the two characters FINALLY done! This is a commission, so thats why theres a horrid yellow watermark all over it XD

i still have to do a bg, and i think i may do it by hand, as i am too lazy to ink any more on my computer XD.

These are my characters for my original story that has a continuously changing title (its supposed to).

Anyway the girl is Meg "Omega" who is a alien child prodigy who has created a Pirate ship that is able to warp between worlds. Rothgar is the tall skinny guy, who is afraid of the dark and is too frightened to actually hurt anyone, even though he is considered one of the most dangerous criminals in the West.

I work at the local grocery store, and we get a lot of tourists where I live. A lot of different types of people come in, all shapes and sizes and nationalities... but there was this one group of goth kids who came in, and bought the brightest, most disgustingly kid-like sweet (AKA uber delicious) ice cream. Which was kinda ironic, because their clothes were so dark and moody.
